We cordially invite you to the book launch "Gutenberg para todos" on 19 October 2022 at 4 pm at our stand at the Frankfurt Book Fair.
To this day, book people owe a special debt of gratitude to this hero of the past: Johannes Gutenberg, inventor and media revolutionary, forefather of our knowledge society. We also owe the abundance of books at the Frankfurt Book Fair to him.
The Gutenberg Museum has compiled a small volume of interesting facts about Johannes Gutenberg. His inventions are vividly explained against the background of the late Middle Ages, the period in which Gutenberg lived. In honour of the Book Fair's host country, the book is being published in Spanish this year.
The book launch will be accompanied by a printing demonstration by co-translator Cristina López Romero-Ávila at the Gutenberg press in Spanish, as well as tapas and wine.
