While the 1960s Schellbau is being demolished at the Gutenberg Museum's original location on Liebfrauenplatz and a new building is being erected on the same site, the museum and its most important exhibits will find accommodation in the Natural History Museum that is far more than a makeshift solution. "With Gutenberg into the Future – Highlights of a Media Innovation" is the title of the exhibition that the Gutenberg Museum will show in the Natural History Museum in Reichklarastraße from the end of 2023 until the planned opening of the new building in early 2026. The scenography concept was developed by the museum team in collaboration with the renowned Stuttgart studio Brückner.
